Marti Joann Parker was found slumped over the steering wheel of her white, 1994 two-door Acura on Saturday, December 13, 2000 at approximately 2:30 a.m. It was later determined that she had been shot to death. The incident took place at the intersection of West End and Jefferson Roads in Detroit.
