Phyllis Flynn was last seen on May 7, 1988. She was dropped off at the Yorba Hotel in Detroit by her father to visit a friend.
At the time of her disappearance she was 23 years old, 5’0” and 100 lbs.
She has hazel eyes and brown hair that sometimes has blonde streaks.
This suspect shot and critically injured a man at Julian’s Party Store at 3518 Corunna Road and Ballenger in Flint around 10:20 p.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2014.

Law enforcement agencies in Washtenaw County are investigating a series of armed home invasions that have occurred in the area. At least four incidents of occupied dwellings have been reported during the timeframe of November 24-26, 2014.

2. 11/25/2014 in the 6800 block of Plainview in Ypsilanti Township
3. 11/26/2014 in the 45000 block of Lothrop in Canton Township
4. 11/26/2014 in the 1700 block of Arlington in Ann Arobr City
Additional incidents of a similar occurrence have been identified from around the country. In each situation the victims appear to have been specifically targeted based on their Asian or Asian-Indian descent.
At several of the scenes a teenaged black male subject knocked on the door of the residence while two adult black males hid nearby. Once the entry door was opened all three suspects charged into the residence. The suspects then restrained the victims while they searched for money, jewelry, and electronic devices.
The suspects are described as black males with Caribbean/African accents,
wearing gloves, dark clothing and with their faces concealed. The suspects have been armed in each incident.

Raymond Harvey is wanted for Controlled Substance and Felony Firearm.
He is a 52 year old, black male who is 5’8″.
Ronald Deshon Harris is wanted for Burglary and Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
He is a 29 year old, black male who is 5’11″ and 160 lbs.
Saleena Laelar Smith is wanted for two counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
She is a 22 year old, black female who is 5’7″ and 180 lbs.
On Friday, December 6, 2013, Altin Avdyli was found murdered in an alley behind his restaurant in Harper Woods.
The incident took place near the Royal Grill at 10 p.m. at 19840 Kelly Road at Old Homestead, between Seven and Eight Mile Roads. Altin’s vehicle was stolen during the incident but later recovered.
The vehicle is a silver, 2010 Chevy Camaro. The license plate number is CFZ 9555.
On Friday, November 26, 2010, 64-year-old Karim Khamarko was shot to death while working at the Dollar Club Plus located in the 2000 block of Hilton in the city of Ferndale.
At approximately 9 p.m., a customer found Mr. Khamarko bleeding behind the counter near the cash register. Mr. Khamarko was alive when police arrived, but died later from the gunshot wounds. The incident took place near Woodward Heights Road.
Thomas Baker, Jr., 43, was found shot and killed on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 in the 2700 block of Seneca St. near Dartmouth St. on Flint’s north side.
He was shot in the doorway of his home around 9 p.m. Witnesses stated the suspect fled the scene on foot.
Dar’rel Jackson, a.k.a “Mony” was killed on Monday, September 8, 2014 on Detroit’s west side. The incident took place in the 9000 block of Burt near Westfield Street.
John David Rainey, III was attending a party Sunday, September 14, 2014, when he was shot to death.
The incident took place at 2:10 a.m. in the 15000 block of Patton Street, west of Evergreen, between Midland and Keeler Streets on Detroit’s west side. John was only 28 years old.
On Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at approximately 4:25 p.m., a vehicle was shot into at the corner of Davison and Branch Road in Flint. The dark blue Impala was stopped at a railroad crossing when it was fired into multiple times striking the driver of the vehicle.
Jasmine Moody, 19, was last seen at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2014 on Detroit’s east side. She went missing from the 3000 block of Baldwin in the Van Dyke and Mack area.
Jasmine was wearing a white hoodie with University of Texas wrote on it in burgundy, brown boots and blue jeans. She has a flower tattoo on her stomach and a tongue and nose piercing.
Donald Cecil Bradshaw, also known by Detroiters as “Meat Man or Peanut Man” was beaten to death inside his vehicle Tuesday, February 4, 2014 on Detroit’s east side. The incident took place at 1:40 a.m. in a commercial area on Beaufait near E. Vernor.
Mr. Bradshaw was found lying in the street after he was beaten. His 2002 Grand Mercury Villager was later found firebombed. Mr. Bradshaw was 67 years old.
Constance Retland was beaten and robbed of her property and cash. The incident took place on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 between the hours of 2 -3 a.m. in the 15000 block of Steel on Detroit’s west side.
She was found by her brother and taken to Sinai-Grace Hospital where she later died.
Harrison R. Cook III, 38, was shot and killed on Sunday, November 20, 2011 on Flint’s north side.
He was found lying on the sidewalk in the park between Yorkshire Dr. and Pemberton Dr. around 9:00 pm.
On Sunday, December 16th, 2012, Sandra Lee Loepp was killed by a hit and run driver in Washington Township. She left Santino’s Bar at 1 a.m. and was walking north on Van Dyke near Campground Road.
Sandra was struck by an unknown vehicle about a half mile from the bar. She was dragged a short distance and her body was left in the parking lot of the Washington Township manufactured home community.
Kalisha Madden (Mocha) went missing on Monday, November 28, 2011. She was last seen leaving the Vegas Strip Club where she worked.
At approximately 4 a.m., Kalisha entered a black truck with three unknown black males. She has not been seen or heard from since.
The incident took place in the 6000 block of Michigan Avenue west of Livernois on Detroit’s southwest side.
Derrell Sims, 21, went missing on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from Detroit’s east side. He was last seen at 1 p.m. at his best friends home in the Seven Mile and Conant area located on Detroit’s east side. He went missing from Cherest Road off Robinwood Road.
