Chivaye Norton, 25, was murdered on August 17, 2014.
The incident took place at 13850 Charest St., South of McNichols St., on Detroit’s Northeast side at 5:30 in the morning.
Mr. Norton was seated inside the home when 3 shots were fired into the home killing him.
