January 20, 2014, Detroit, MI. On Wednesday, October 30, 2013 Tiane Brown was found murdered in her vehicle at the old Packard Plant located on Detroit’s east side. The incident took place near Mt. Elliott Street and East Grand Boulevard. Tiane was a Wayne State Law student and a mother of three.
Crime Stoppers of Michigan reward of $2,500 was increased by the family to a cash reward of up to $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
