Rodney Tromont Hayes is wanted for Ethnic Intimidation and Felony Weapons Offenses. He committed the crimes on December 15, 2015. Rodney is 27 years old, 6’0″ tall, 175 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left collarbone that says “Unconditional” and another one on his right shoulder that has the Detroit “D”.
