Russhawn Davis was murdered on Thursday, February 13, 2014. The incident happened in the 5000 block of Newport between Chandler Park Drive and East Warren Avenue. Mr. Davis was shot outside by an unknown black male who came from the rear of the residence. The suspect fled on foot with another individual standing by.
