Marcus Ladell Allen, a.k.a. “FatBoy” and two of his friends were shot by two unknown suspects on Thursday, July 5, 2007 between 3–4 p.m. Marcus was killed by the gunfire, the other two victims survived. The suspects were driving what appeared to be an unmarked police vehicle. The incident took place on the west side of Detroit on Hartwell Ave. near Chicago St.
