On Tuesday, November 12, 2013, Chelsea Small was found murdered at the Advance America (check cashing store) located in the city of Taylor. The incident took place at 12:04 p.m. at 8229 Telegraph Road near Champaign Street. The suspect (pictured above) on surveillance is a white male, 35-50 years of age, 5’10”, stocky build, shoulder length brown hair and walks with a slouch. He was wearing a white t-shirt with a dark jacket and dark colored pants. The suspect also had a dark colored hat with a light colored logo on front and left side.
