Filton Kelly was critically injured on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. He was found on the west side of Detroit in the roadway near 2269 Elmhurst between 14th Street and LaSalle Boulevard. Small gray vehicle parts were found near the area. Filton is 37 years old.
