On Friday, November 29, 1991, at approximately 11:20 p.m. 911 received a call to the 2500 block of Lapeer Road in Flint. When police entered the home, they found Eloise Payne, 39, dead on the kitchen floor from multiple stab wounds. There was no sign of forced entry and nothing appeared to be missing.
