Ryan Rashaun Fomby, 21, a.k.a. “Compton” or “Creep Low” was found shot once in the head, in the driver’s seat of a blue vehicle. The vehicle was set on fire after the shooting with Mr. Fomby still inside. The vehicle burned until it extinguished itself. The incident happened on Monday, May 26, 2014 between 10 – 10:30 p.m. on Fleming St. near Victoria St. on Detroit’s east side.
