The Auto Zone located on S. Dort Hwy, just north of E. Atherton Rd., was robbed on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 8:50 p.m.
The suspect, a black male, standing approximately 6’3” and wearing all black clothing, approached the Auto Zone employees, displayed a handgun, then assaulted one of the employees with it.
The suspect emptied the register drawers and the safe before fleeing on foot with approximately $400 in cash.
